Get people to watch reruns.
Simple idea. During reruns of The Colbert Report or The Daily Show, film an extra minute of footage or so. Or put web-video content or outtakes or something during reruns of 'Ellen' and 'Will & Grace.' Or air commentary tracks over the footage. Anything that gives you a reason to at least tune in.

I watched a re-run of the Real World last night and they had viewer comments superimposed over the episode with things like "Aww I was soooo sad for Ryan" and "OMG when Obama was elected that was the best day ever!"
Of course we must remember Cops 2.0 did it first and better.
I've come to realize that half of my posts are rephrasing ideas that already exist in words that I can understand.
